I will introduce how to make Japanese omelette. We often eat Japanese omelette. This is often one of the accompanying dishes in a boxed lunch. It has become representative of home cooking as a synonym for "good old home cooking." When I was high school student, my mother made me lunch box every day and put Japanese omelette. My mother taught me this recipe.
I need eggs, sugar, soy source and oil. In addition, I use a pan, bowl , spatula and chopsticks.
1, First, crack two eggs into a bolw.
2, Second, add 10grams of sugar, salt and 5grams of soy source into a bowl and whisk.
3, Third, turn on the heat and pour oil into a pan.
4, Fourth, pour the half mixture from step3 on the pan.
5, Fifth, rolling the egg from the back towards you and slide it back with spatula.
6,Sixth, pour the all egg mixture from step3 into exposed part of the pan. Lift the previously rolled omelette from step5 to spread the mixture underneath it.
7, Seventh, rolling omelette from the back towards you.
This omelette can be arrenged in various ways. For example, adding cheese will improve the nutritional balance. I reccomend to find your favorite arrangement! When I was high school student, my mother made it quick every morning to make it time to I leave home. I can't cook so early and beautiful. I respect my mom.
